The LEATHER & LGBTQ Cultural District always needs volunteers, but during the high season (June – September) the need is intense.
- For Pride Sunday (June 30, 2024), we are looking for folks to carry the LEATHER & LGBTQ Cultural District banner within the Leather Contingent.
- We host our community’s Color Guard flags, which can include LGBTQ Pride, Leather Pride, Trans Pride, Bear Pride, Pup Pride and other flags, as well as the traditional US, State and San Francisco flags. We hope to present most or all of those in the Pride parade.
- Inside Leather Alley, we will host a community information table with a kinky photo booth. This is a great, fun gig, helping folks to select props and take their selfies.

- Looking past Pride, we have information tables or booths at all the major events: at the Dore, Folsom and Bearrison Street fairs, and at beer busts, art shows and other occasions.
- Other ways to help include sitting on one of our standing Committees, or being available at short notice for special projects.
