      • Local artists, artisans and craftspeople
      • Vendors of leather clothing, “gear” or queer or kinky merchandise
      • Local or regional clubs and organizations, especially those organized around queer, leather, kink, fetish, motorcycle, body-positivity, or similar themes.

A donation is requested from all exhibitors, on a sliding scale:  $75 to $175 for vendors, 10% to 20% of sales for individual artists.

Please apply as soon as possible; we will get in touch to discuss details and confirm.

Exhibitors are responsible for the security of their materials.  Please be prepared for the possibility of high winds or rain.

Exhibitors are responsible for their own transaction security.  WiFi access cannot be guaranteed, but mobile data coverage is excellent in this location.

Exhibitors should comply with guidelines regarding masks and social distancing.  Masks and disinfecting materials will be provided.

Event may be cancelled due to weather, changes in city guidelines and permit regulations, or other reasons.

Our permit calls for traffic to be stopped, and parked cars removed, between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

“No parking” signs will be posted.  Local residents and businesses will be informed in advance.  Cars may be towed if necessary for event participant safety.

Official event time is noon to 5:00 p.m.

Exhibitors should plan to complete their setup by 11:30 a.m., remain open until 5:00 p.m., and then tear down promptly.  SFPD will determine when traffic may resume.

A fire lane will be maintained on the east side of Dore.  Please do not place objects in the fire lane at any time, even during setup or teardown. Do not block sidewalks or needlessly inconvenience local residents;

If you have questions, please contact manager@sflcd.org.

Eagle Plaza Nearly Complete

Construction continues at Eagle Plaza (at 12th & Harrison, outside the SF Eagle Bar).  Latest feature:  leather-themed crosswalks:  The Friends of Eagle Plaza provide the black and Blue Stripes, the City provides (and insists upon) the alternating white ones.

Once that’s done, there’s a little more concrete to be poured, and some landscaping added to the East side of the street, and then the fences can come down and our tables and chairs can be brought out for us to enjoy.  There are still a few permits to be wrangled before the SF Eagle can start serving us food and beverages, but next time you are in the neighborhood, check out the progress, and walk proudly by the Leather Pride flag on our proud new Leather Pride Crosswalk!     (Careful:  too much pride preceedeth something, I have heard.)
