Three partner organizations will each host a festival weekend during which the local artists they’ve commissioned will paint 8’x8’ murals outdoors at SFMOMA. Live music\, DJs\, and other fun surprises will complement the art experience.  \nWeekend #3 is hosted by SOMA Pilipinas\, featuring artists Franceska Gamez and Malaya Tuyay. \nAbout SOMA Pilipinas\nSOMA Pilipinas is San Francisco’s Filipino Cultural Heritage District. Spanning 1.5 square miles\, it honors the 120+ year history of Filipinos in San Francisco\, and celebrates the community’s living legacy of making home\, celebrating culture\, building community\, and fighting for economic and racial justice in the rapidly gentrifying South of Market neighborhood. It’s a place that connects the broader community to their stories as Filipinos in America and a living culture and community that’s conscious of history\, yet embraces progress\, working together\, and moving forward in unity and vision.

In addition you must consent to an rapid COVID-19 test and temperature check at the door prior to being allowed to enter the party. Tests will be provided by us at the door and are included in the ticket price. If your temperature is elevated or your rapid test is positive for COVID-19 you will be disallowed entry and receive a credit to put towards a future event. \nJoin us for our brand new Sunday afternoon party at SF Catalyst!
